[Wien] Compile

 Dear Mr. Brian;
 
 I enclose the Makefile, outrp1 and outrp2 for adding the option -name 
uppercase. I have played around the options, but I did not get the lapw_mpi, 
although I get the lapw1 and the lapwc1. It seems I need an option to ignore 
the case of the subroutine.
