[Wien] lapw0

Dear Wien users,

Some more information on the problem described in my previous mail. I
just carried out a test in which I used g_max=10, so that dstart
generated only 292685 plane waves. In this case lapw0 finishes without
any problem. So, it looks like the lapw0 crashing described below is
related to the large no. of plane waves used.
