[Wien] cputim.c

This was with compiling with the J option. latest wien2k on mandrake 10.1 
(fresh install same day). Tried to compile and got the error ... 
<sys.typas.h> no such file or directory. tracked the problem down to 
cputim.c. strange if you say that you can't find it. Wonder want went screwy 
with my files to cause this.
