[Wien] VERSION_05.3: problems with installation of mini

When you install WIEN2k using siteconfig, a file  

Makefile.orig 

is used as template and the proper Makefile is generated from this
file. Makefile.orig contains all required routines, while the "Makefile"
included in the package is not updated.
