[Wien] Qaudrupolar moment of 119Sn nucleus

Dear users and developers,

 Do you know if there is a more recent experimental value for the 
quadrupolar moment of the first excited state (I=3/2) of the 119Sn nucleus 
than that given by H. Haas et al. (Q= - 10.9 fm^2) in Hyperfine 
Interaction (1985) ?
