[Wien] leeuwen potential

Hi All

 I wanted to play with the van leeuwen 1/r potential (potential option 16).
LAPW0 tries to read the response files which I don't have.

I can see that I have to run mixer_vresp to generate these file, but I don't
understand why these are needed.

In the original paper (PRA, 49, 2421) only rho and x go into the potential.

Any comments?
