[Wien] fixed CXZ-bug

Dear Dr.Blaha,

 I am going to do some system with monoclinic symmetry. I found from the update-info, the CXZ-bug had been fixed since VERSION_05.6: 20.10.2005. Does this mean that I don't have to follow the instruction of issue "Symmetry does not find any pointgroup at all for a monoclinic lattice" in FAQs anymore when I am doing a monoclinic system?
