[Wien] sgroup (icc 8.1, 9.0 incompatible)

With help from B. Yanchitsky, we've tracked down that for certain the 32bit 
versions of icc 8.1 & 9.0 do not compile SRC_sgroup correctly. The 9.1 version 
works, the 9.0, 9.1 64bit versions works and gcc always works.
