Dear Users and Prof.
        perhaps a stupid questions!
I am interesting at the dielectric coefficient of materials, I know
the Wien2k can give the dielectric tensor by this flow:
                  for no-magnetism system:
                                 run_lapw
                                 x kgen
                                 set "TOT" to "FERMI"
                                 run_lapw -s lapw1 -e lcore
                                 x optic
                                 x joint
                                 x kram
and the dielectric tensor will save at case.epislon
BUT , how can I get the dielectric constant from this? Thank you very
nuch!!!!
