[Wien] How to estimate the values of $delay and $sleepy in k-point parallelization?

Dear Colleagues,

As I am using a crowded cluster, I have some trouble with the values of
$delay and $sleepy in the lapwXpara scripts. Can anybody teach me how to
estimate the reasonable values ?
