[Wien] lapw1para

Dear Colleagues,

To correct the possible buggy wait statement, I just put a "#" before it.
Thus, after kloop in the lapw1para, I just have following code:

>>>>if ($debug > 0) echo waiting for all processes to complete
>>>>#wait
>>>>if ($debug > 0) then  echo `date`" ->" "all processes done."

Then, I turn the debug option on and run a test case in parallel. The
following is cut from the dayfile:

>>>>3 number_of_parallel_jobs
>>>>prepare 1 on bode36
>>>>Fri Aug 18 19:36:35 CST 2006 -> Creating klist 1
>>>>prepare 2 on bode20
>>>>Fri Aug 18 19:36:36 CST 2006 -> Creating klist 2
>>>>prepare 3 on bode6
>>>>Fri Aug 18 19:36:37 CST 2006 -> Creating klist 3
>>>>waiting for all processes to complete
>>>>0.154u 0.277s 0:06.71 6.2%      0+0k 0+0io 0pf+0w
>>>>error: command   /home/xzuo/wien2k/lapw1para -up uplapw1.def   failed

Why the echo instruction [echo `date`" ->" "all processes done."] is not
executed?

Thanks a lot.
