[Wien] libvml

Dear Prof Blaha

In the new Wien2k versions (using the default options of siteconfig_lapw 
for ifort9 + mkl8), the following errors occur during compiling

SRC_lapw1/compile.msg:IPO Error: unresolved : vdcos_
SRC_lapw1/compile.msg:IPO Error: unresolved : vdsincos_
SRC_lapw1/compile.msg:IPO Error: unresolved : vdinv_

This is solved by adding the libvml library  -lvml  to the R-Libs.
