[Wien] test example in wien2k(nifcc)

A guess: you initialized it as spin-polarized (which is correct), but  
tried to run it with the run_lapw (non-spinpolarized) instead of the  
correct runsp_lapw command ?

Use runsp_lapw. The copying you did is not correct.
