[Wien] source file error

Dear WIEN users,

What can be the causes of the following error?
This happens in just the first cycle. I searched line number 132 in
scfsum.f, but could find nothing informative.

 In source file scfsum.f, at line number 132
cp: cannot stat `.in.tmp': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `.in.tmp': No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `.in.tmp1': No such file or directory
