[Wien] different fermi energy again

     Happy NewYear!
     Sorry that i have to ask the quenstion again because i found it haven't been solved. I have runned the following:
 runsp_lapw -p -orb -cc 0.001 -ec 0.0001
 in file :log the last interation is 
 Sun Dec 31 02:29:38 CST 2006> (x) lapw0 -p
 Sun Dec 31 02:31:27 CST 2006> (x) orb -up -p
 Sun Dec 31 02:31:27 CST 2006> (x) orb -dn -p
 Sun Dec 31 02:31:27 CST 2006> (x) lapw1 -up -p -orb
 Sun Dec 31 02:52:31 CST 2006> (x) lapw1 -dn -p -orb
 Sun Dec 31 03:13:37 CST 2006> (x) lapw2 -up -p
 Sun Dec 31 03:16:55 CST 2006> (x) sumpara -up -d
 Sun Dec 31 03:16:56 CST 2006> (x) sumpara_vresp -up -d
 Sun Dec 31 03:16:58 CST 2006> (x) lapw2 -dn -p

 then i run the following: x lapw2 -up/-dn -qtl
                                    x tetra -up/-dn
 the result : the fermi energy is different in case.outputtup/dn and case.scf
 
 The second situation is : after i have finished the scf
 i rerun :    x lapw1 -orb -up/-dn
 then run : x lapw2 -up/-dn -qtl
                x tetra -up/-dn
 the result: the fermi  energy is same in case.outputtup/dn and case.scf
 
 Is the two situation is different, and which result is right? I think they should be the same. I can't understand the difference.
