[Wien] NSF cache kernel bug can break Wien2k

For a cure, go to 
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=170423 and download 
the patched kernel from http://people.redhat.com/steved/bz170423/ but only 
if you really need to and are feeling brave.

For reference, symptoms include (unreproducibly)
a) x lapw0 -p fails (single remote note and mpi)
b) :ITE in scf may appear several times (sometimes due to a)
c) Changes case.in1 on the head node may not be propogated to compute 
nodes
d) lapw2 failing when reading in weights/vector files
