Ldd /usr/local/wien2k/lapw1 gives me the following:

ldd /usr/local/wien2k/lapw1
        libpthread.so.0 => /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0 (0x4002c000)
        libmkl_lapack64.so => /opt/intel/mkl80/lib/32/libmkl_lapack64.so
(0x4003a000)
        libguide.so => /opt/intel/fc90/lib/libguide.so (0x40309000)
        libm.so.6 => /lib/tls/libm.so.6 (0x4033a000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0x42000000)
        libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x4035c000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)

And LD_LIBRARY_PATH is as follows:

echo $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
/opt/intel/fc90/lib:/opt/intel/mkl80/lib/32:

I am very new to WIEN2K and Linux. Please suggest what to do now.

Regards
Arun

That's one of the intel libraries which is not in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH
(if
you have that). Do ldd /usr/local/wien2k/lapw1 ; you may have to go into
a
csh and/or batch it to replicate the issue. -i-static during compilation

may help.
