[Wien] compilation error for wien2k_06

Dear WIEN 2k users
	I tried to install wien2k code on a pc which  have ifort
(8.1 version)  but does not have mkl package and therefore i selected
blas_lapw. but during compilation i  find following error in SRC_lapw1

how can this error me removed??
