[Wien] error with DSTART

Dear user wien2k,


I have this error message, when I run dstart 

1525-001 The READ statement on the file case.rsp cannot be completed because
the end of the file was reached.  The program will stop.
1.7u 0.0s 0:01 94% 182+527k 0+0io 7pf+0w

before all that all the initialization steps are correct without problems.

can someone help me.
