[Wien] why my caculation of refracion and reflectivity are zero

Dear Wien users:
I'm trying to caculate some optical properties using the following input files.

And the results in case.absorpup,case.jointup,case.epsilonup,case.sigmakup seem alright.

But the result in case.reflectivityup and case.refraction are all zero. Is there any wrong in my input file? 

Sorry to ask such a basic question,but I really can not find any
information in user-manual.
