[Wien] WIEN2k_06.2

Dear WIEN users,

I've released a new Version 06.2.

In particular it fixes a seviere bug in lapw5 (charge density plotting) 
introduced in version 06.1. (The density in the interstital is wrong).

I've also added support for more than 999999 PW-coefficients, so that the
GMAX restriction should be gone.
