Dear Morteza,
I think what you can try is to keep the number ok kpoint to one and to 
increase the broadening parameter for the gaussian integration. You can 
try at the beginning a value close to 0.1 in order to stabilize the 
system and then reduce it to 0.01 and finally to smaller values. Once 
the system is stable you can be able to switch back to tetra.
