[Wien] CNT doping

Dear WIEN2k user:

I am interested in calculating dopant state and doping effect in CNTs
and would like to compare the results from WIEN2k with those obtained
from experiments.

But,  I have found an issue: how can I estimate "volume" doping
concentration from "one-dimensional supercell model" although
most experiments refer to volume concentration rather than
sheet concentration? Does someone have any idea?
