[Wien] [SPAM?] the energy gap of HgSe and HgTe at ambient pressure

Dear users:
       I want to find the energy gap of HgSe and HgTe at ambient pressure.I use LDA+U so I want to confirm the value of U by virtue of adjust the energy gap to its academic value.
       Can you tell me something about it?For example,the energy gap of HgSe or more.
