[Wien] DOS of HgTe

Dear users:
         When I do DOS of HgTe using x lapw2 -c -up/dn -so -qtl,I find there is not the file hgse.int, so I could't go to my work with tetra .The scf is well and I  don't find other wrong. Then what should I do?
