Thanks for your help. It turned out to be very easy to solve the problem.
Either turn off the firewall or set the port number on firewall would work.

I did change the localhost name. Now I am wondering if it is the security
setup problem of the linux machine. Did anyone have the problem before? The
web browser seems to connet the link however, there is no response from the
linux machine.

Just a reminder. Did you replace "my localhost name" with the cluster's
website or IP ?
