[Wien] Xcrysden(problem)

Dear Sir,
We are using XCrySDen1.4.1s, when we try to install it asked some question like do u have CRYSTAL 95/98/03 I say no.
Next ask enable the babel i say yes because I have install the bable in system. Next it asks Imagemagik convert along with path.Then enable the whirlgif program but the massage was its not excutable. I f possible tell us is Tcl/Tk is nessessary to work with xcrysden.
Waiting for your valuable suggestion. Thanks in advance.
