[Wien] New version: WIEN2k_08 and 15th WIEN2k workshop

Dear WIEN users,

The new version WIEN2k_08.1 is on the web.

Among others, it contains important bug fixes for structure minimization and
mpi-parallel versions as well as an improved iterative diagonalization and mixer.

We would also like to announce the next WIEN2k workshop, which will be held in
Vienna, 26-29.March 2008.
