[Wien] Ecut in SO calculations

Dear users, 
  I first would like to know if the wien2k eigenvalues are printed with respect 
  to some reference level. Secondly, if we choose Ecut = 6 Ry in case.in1(c) 
  for second variational SO calculations, i.e., states with energies less than 
  6 Ry are used, is it with respect to some reference level?
