[Wien] intraband in OPTIC

Hi there,

I have a question regarding how the intraband contributions are handled
when we run joint as part of OPTIC. In the past I would run joint with
option 6 and use the value for the plasmon energy from case.outputjoint
when running kram. In the current version of the code, this plasmon
energy is no longer sensible, and I have to use joint run with option 7
(with different band contributions) and take the value for the plasmon
energy from there. It would be great if someone could explain what has
changed and what the number for the plasmon energy when using option 6
actually means, if anything.

Thanks!
Vicki
