[Wien] dsy file problem

Hello Wien users,
I ran Al supercell (2x2x2) with run_phonon. I had to use 100 k points because with a smaller number there was no convergence. 
The calculations ran to completion but the dsy file has only one line which says 'number of k points 100'. Forces are not given. There were no  error messages.
Please suggest how to resolve this problem.
