[Wien] Question on k-points

Dear WIEN users,
I could not fully understand the concept of k-points in the irreducible
brillouin zone as generated by 'x kgen'.
Eg- 300k in the BZ returns div: ( 14 14 1)
    580k in the BZ returns div: ( 16 16 1)
    40k gives div: ( 3 3 3) etc etc for different crystal structures.

Please let me know about this. Just a reference may help.
