[Wien] dstart Probelm in w2web

This means that your case.in1 file is wrong. Probably something went
wrong earlier (wrong spacegroup, symmetry, overlapping RMT's) so
lstart failed. Try running "init_lapw" from the terminal rather than
the web to see what went wrong.
