Seems youre compiler options are not correct, try
 -FR -w -mp1 -prec_div -pad -ip 
before adding other options and be sure to understand the compiler switches.

Indeed, you should also install the MKL, however the missiing MKL does not produce syntax errors.

Perhaps, MKL libray files are to be installed. Its the question of the
compatibility of ifort.
