[Wien] Magnetic Moment of Nonmagnetic Atom

A free C atom *is* magnetic (spin moment is 2 mu_B), see e.g. the
occupation in
http://www.webelements.com/webelements/elements/text/C/econ.html
Your calculation will only be correct if :MMTOT = 2.000 (or very close
to it).
