[Wien] allocate error

Dear users,
    I installed wien2k using xlf90 compiler, shell is cshell. After that i started the calculation:
x dstart -c ok
x dstart -c -up/dn ok
runsp_lapw -I -fc 1.0 -cc 0.001 -ec 0.0001 
1525-108 Error encountered while attempting to allocate a data object.  Theprogram will stop.

error: command   /gpfs1/u/open/whxia/wien2k/lapw0 lapw0.def   failed
Now i don't konw what i should do at all, i'll be appreciated for your suggestions and help.
