[Wien] strange band structure

Dear WIEN2K users,
My band structure seems a little bit strange, the lda plus spin-orbit coupling one

do not split compare with the lda one, and I found calculate band structure from 
w2web may have some problem in the former mailing-list, so I used command line
instead, however there are still no split, but some energy upward/downward shift
in
some kpoints. Do anyone have experience on this issue, I really appreciate your
advices.
