Hi Any body can please help me in making the case.struct file. We are getting it but in case.struct it is giving only one atom rotetional matrix. But in another file its gives rotational matrix for two atom but the position of second rotational matrix is 0.0 0.0 0.0 in all three lines. How can I produse the correct case.struct file.
