[Wien] mini -command not found

Verify in $WIENROOT/SRC_mini/compile.msg whether mini was compiled  
correctly. If not, the executable was not produced in  
$WIENROOT/SRC_mini, and subsequently not copied to $WIENROOT/, where  
min_lapw searches for it.
