[Wien] low band gap ??

Dear wien user 
  i am currently working on wide band gap materials with 
  wien2k 7.0 and i have facing problem with low band gap
  as compare  to other theoretical work .
  any one could explain me why FP-LAPW method pridict 
  low band gap?
  or how can we increase this band gap ?
