[Wien] Band Structure and properties

Dear WIEN Users,

I am a new WIEN user and moreover not from Physics background. I have only
one question to all the esteemed users -

Is there any good resource (book/article/web resource) which can illuminate
on how prediction can be made (or justification with the experimental
results) on various physical and mechanical properties from the electronic
band structure.
