Perhaps this is one: if you use lapwdm to calculate orbital and dipolar 
hyperfine fields for all l-values ((s), p, d, f), it sometimes happens 
that the second largest contribution is still 10% of the dominant 
contribution -- provided that number was not affected by this bug report...
