[Wien] Selection rule

Dear wien users,
   
         Recently, When I calculated the ELNES of h-BN, a weak peak appeared in my spectra, the selection rule I choosed was dipole, but I think this peak appeared because of quadrupole. I don't konw is it possible.
   
         Any reply will be appreciated.
