[Wien] DSTART fails for 'mini' trying to treat complex case as real / fixed

Dear Prof. Blaha,
Dear Stefaan,

thank you very much for the suggestions. Switching from 'csh' to 'tcsh' 
solved the problem. It was that script, which did not work under 'csh' for 
some reasons.
