[Wien] Quad Core Benchmark

The system has a S3000AH motherboard with a 2.13 GHz Xeon X3210 and 4
GB of RAM. It is a vendors' system on which I am benchmarking, so I
don't have all the details.

Can you run the MPI tests please; it would be useful to know if there
is any difference between 2 dual-core CPU's and a 2x2duo-core CPU. At
least in my benchmarks small calculations are getting much more of a
speedup than MPI.
