something is wrong with the series in which the libraries are called
-lmkl_em64t -lguide -lpthread -lmkl_lapack -lguide -lpthread

Try to add
"source /path/to/mkl/9.1.018/tools/environment/mklvarsem64t.sh"
in your .bashrc.
