[Wien] subroutine for "Fourier Transform of a Step-Function"

Dear users;

I'm looking for a clear subroutine for "Fourier Transform of a Step-Function" . I thaught that I should  have found this subroutine in a program that calculate non muffin-tin potential in the interstitial region. But I didn't succeed to find it.
Would you please guide me where can I find this subroutine?
