[Wien] Install problem with Intel compiler 10 on em64t arch.

You are to explain better what happens during compilation and calculation. How 
the compilation ended, what exactly "did not work at all"? Which programs 
have been compiled and which have not?

Again, you should check which programs have been compiled and which have not.

What says error files in the working directory? Does lapw1 program exist in 
the WIEN-executables directory?
