[Wien] siteconfig problem

I think this has been said before. You need to look in the different
compile.msg files, read the messages then search the mailing list
and/or google for information about what is going wrong. If after
having done this (i.e. do some work yourself first) you still cannot
work out the problem include the error information from compile.msg
within an email.
