[Wien] FATAL ERROR when executing lapw1

Hi Peter,
my present settings are

FOPT:-FR -mp1 -w -prec_div -pad -align -DINTEL_VML -O3 -xhost -traceback
LDFLAGS:$(FOPT) -L/opt/intel/Compiler/11.0/0.83/lib/intel64 -static -lsvml -lguide -lpthread
R_LIBS:-L/opt/intel/Compiler/mkl/lib/em64tt -static -lmkl_lapack -lmkl_core -lmkl_em64t -lguide -lpthread

they work without problems.

I need libiomp5 only with the Windows Version of IFORT ???????

For ifort 11.x  on a 64bit machine try just:

R_LIBS = -lmkl_lapack -lmkl -liomp5

In addition make sure that you have the proper settings (library path).
Most easily this can be done by putting a line like:

source /opt/intel/11.0/074/bin/ifortvars.csh intel64

into your .cshrc startup file (or analogous commands for bash)
